I am very proud to say I was an environment artist that worked on Gears of War: Ultimate edition. Myself and a group of friends worked extremely hard to make the environments in Gears what it is today. One of the responsibilities was world building, which involved stripping down the original maps to BSP blockout and using this as a platform to create entirely new maps based on new Art direction. Another responsibility I was tasked with was to create a few assets which were used throughout the entire game to help world building, most noticeably a modular ivy set.
